Main responsibility is to work as a supportive and cooperative Human Resources team member providing the best potential internal customer service, particularly in the facets of benefits administration (Health & Life insurance, Leaves etc.), immigration matters (permit and visa processing), HR software (HRIS), budget management, grievance handling (disciplinary memo insurance) and management of activities and events.


  • Acts as the company’s representative to its HMO and Insurance provider. Prepares emails/ correspondences and other repots as required.
  • Enrolls coverage of newly affirmed probationary employees to life insurance.
  • Coordinates with Finance department regarding billing and provides them other pertinent information.
  • Updates internal file of benefit’s database.
  • Responsible in the preparation of requirements for the processing of all permits and visas of all offshore employees particularly, visa extension, special work permit, alien employment permit, working visa.
  • Monitors the status of permits and visas of all offshore employees.
  • Assists offshores in all legal and immigration compliances.
  • Records al the approved/ disapproved leave applications in HR files.
  • Monitors the daily attendance for the issuance of disciplinary memos.
  • Records all incident reports from Central in employees’ disciplinary files.
  • Monitors the stats of al disciplinary memos
  • Prepares trainees evaluation for newly hired employees
  • Complete monthly reports such as leave balances, leave conversion, memo tracking, monthly budget
  • Monitors admin birthday celebrators
  • Assists in all of company’s scheduled events from pre-planning stage, actualization & implementation, and post evaluation.
  • Updates memo boards an information boards for each one’s reference. Ensure smooth flow of company-employee communication. Sees to it that every information and updates are being disseminated properly.
  • Suggests effective and helpful ways to improve general procedures and processes.
  • Monitors and submits monthly reports on |Employees grievances, complaints ad suggestions.
  • Ensures that the company is up to date with the mandated requirements, holiday dates, etc.
  • Actively participates in the customization of the company’s software. (HRIS)
  • Performs miscellaneous and clerical functions and special projects as assigned. Completes requested research reports and memos as requested.
  • Performs other functions as may be assigned from time to time.
