As our new HR Manager you will lead the development and implementation of human resources initiatives and projects in Romania, focused to achieve strategic team and business growth.

Profile:
∙ Minimum 6 years of HR business partnering experience and min. 3 years at managerial level in an international organization is mandatory
∙ Previous BPO experience is a valuable advantage
∙ Excellent leadership and team management skills
∙ Excellent social networking and communication with the ability to create strong relationships with employees at all levels
∙ Detail-oriented with strong problem solving ability
∙ Solution-focused, "get-things-done approach", strong initiative
∙ Solid knowledge of labor law, including payroll
∙ Experience in cooperating with local authorities
∙ Excellent organization skills and multitasking abilities
∙ Confidence and passion for working with today’s HR trends and challenges
∙ Resilience, flexibility and efficiency in business environments with changing priorities
∙ Fluency in English and Romanian languages mandatory

Main Responsibilities
∙ Manage the full spectrum of HR initiatives in line with corporate direction and local legislative framework
∙ Play a leading role in developing our culture and promoting values for a positive and successful team growth experience
∙ Work closely with business leaders on organization design, talent retention, compensation & benefits, performance management, employees and authorities relations ∙ Ensure positive and effective new-hire onboarding and exit actions
∙ Manage the processing of all personnel action forms, SAP data filling and updates ∙ Payroll process coordination in liaison with specialised partner
∙ Manage HR administration to provide a safe and positive working environment for employees
∙ Manage the employees’ data & records, headcount forecast and budget ∙ Lead the adoption of new automation tools for the HR practice
∙ Coordinate labor documentation for business visas, new employees relocation and/or work permits in liaison with corporate HQ and local advisor
∙ Suggest and implement changes aimed for better organizing the HR processes, deliverables and overall human resources team work
