We’re looking for a senior level HR Manager with experience in a similar, fast paced industry. This opening presents the right person with a wonderful opportunity to be empowered to be yourself and work with people from different backgrounds and points of view to achieve positive results.

Key qualities to have:

  • Fluency in English or at least B2 both verbal and written.
  • Bachelor’s degree is expected along with proven HR generalist relevant experience.
  • Exceptional organisational skills is required together with proven leadership capabilities and solid knowledge of employment legislation and its application
  • Great team spirit but the ability to also be independent.
  • Problem solving, investigative and multi-tasking skills with highest attention to detail.
  • Experience in overseeing the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.
  • Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Experienced in developing and supporting line managers through change.
  • An ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy is crucial.

Main duties:

  • Apply HR and business knowledge evidencing appropriate decision-making skills.
  • Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy.
  • Advise managers on the terms and conditions of employment and knowledge share best practice with them.
  • Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes.
  • Implement learning and development policy.
  • Provide first line advice on current and existing benefits for employees and managers.
  • Work with appropriate parties on reward strategy.
  • Provide advice on recruitment and selection strategies.
  • Support the recruitment process – this may include writing job descriptions and preparing interview questions and application forms etc.
  • Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals.
  • Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary.
  • Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organisation.
  • Support change management processes.
