Checks the validity of the documents presented by the employees in order to register them in the database of employees
Ensures the archiving of the documents included in the personnel file
Receives, verifies and archives medical certificates
Keeps evidence on labor medicine and schedules the employees for medical examinations
Prepares a monthly report on vacation leave
Orders meal vouchers and distributes them based on bills
At the request of the employees and in accordance with the legal provisions, prepares and verifies different certificates
Receives and analyzes various requests/complaints of employees in the field of human resources, proposing solutions to solve them
Responsible for preparing documentation for disciplinary investigations
