Job description analyze and implementation together with permanent update of company handbook following the procedure changes and legal requirements.
Employee relation: Management training, performance improvement plans, conduct exit interviews; responds to general employee administration questions, resolving problems or referring the employee to the appropriate person. Escalates employee questions as appropriate and helps on other human resources matters as requested.
Administration: Check the personnel files and ensures all the necessary documents required by the legislation in force (employment contracts, job descriptions, addendums, Revisal).
Payroll: Validation of payroll calculation related documents on costs centers.
Generating internal reports at request.
A minimum of 2 years work as a HR Generalist.
Very good computer skills (Word, Excel- advanced level, WizSalary knowledge is a plus).
Fluent user of English (both written and spoken).
Very good knowledge of Romanian Labour Legislation.
Strongly analytical with commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality.
Problem- solving skills and resourceful thinking.
