We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to extend our Human Resources team.
He / She will act as the first point of contact for administrative HR-related queries. Our ideal candidate has good knowledge related to HR procedures, is comfortable in juggling with various tasks, meeting the requested deadlines, ensuring the HR departments support to all our colleagues across the company.
- Enhance and maintain various existing HR reports and analysis
- Source candidates through various sources, including writing advertisements for job boards, job center, and CV searching
- CV and telephone screening and supplying suitable candidates to hiring managers
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods and assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide support in conducting disciplinary hearings/ takes part in mediation various conflicts between employees
- Provide support to employees regarding the requests / questions they have related to the human resources activities
- Prepare various HR relates reports requested by various departments within the company
- Participate in HR projects implementation
- Translate business needs into Human Resources initiatives
- Prepare documentation for payroll, attendance system administration
- Responsible for completion and accuracy of all personnel files and updating the online HR database
- Organizing trainings for employees and regular medical check-up
- Conduct new employee orientation to ensure employees gain an understanding of benefits and also the internal structure
- at least 1 year experience on the position of HR Administrator, Recruitor, HR Generalist or HR Specialist
- Bachelor’s degree
- English language proficiency
- Flexible, problem solving approach and strong team player

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with all organizational levels
- High level of analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong conflict management skills and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of payroll and HR admin

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
