Past proven human resources experience of 3-5 years, ideally in reporting area;
Strong numerical and analytical skills;
Skilled in interpretation and presentation of data;
Basic knowledge of Romanian labor law
Autonomy on projects and ability to take responsibility;
Strong communication skills and team spirit;
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
Good English knowledge.
Engage in all round C&B projects inclusive of salary survey, salary bench-marking, jobs evaluation;
Provide data analysis and reporting support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced analytics;
Develop reports on employee data for analysis and decision-making, statistical data analysis and other reporting as required;
Perform complex data manipulation and aggregation of data from multiple HR data sources;
Generate comprehensive data reports and analytical solutions in support of internal stakeholders;
Support the preparation and consolidation of personnel costs Budget and Forecasts;
Prepare monthly reports (e.g.: personnel cost, headcount reports, turnover rate analysis, and other indicators);
Prepare ad-hoc analysis and simulations;
Engage in benefits initiatives and benefits administration and other HR projects.
Collaborates across HR functions and payroll to ensure accuracy of team members’ pay items and end-to-end process compliance and improvement
Provides support to team members and managers on HR systems, policies and processes
Knowledge of benefits administration and basic payroll as well as position classification
