Candidatul Ideal

For our client, a global business unit that develops, manufactures and sells burners and heat exchangers for residential and commercial markets, we are looking for a HR Business Partner in Ploiesti.

Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Economics, or any other related domain;
Experience as a HR professional, with at least 3-5 years in the field;
English language at an advanced level (written and spoken).

Ensuring the coordination of recruitment related activities (placing the ads, interviews, testing, assessment centres, offers);
Being responsible for the recruitment and selection procedures including negotiating employment conditions for all employees of the plant;
Being responsible for making the job offers and contract, in alignment with the line manager and the Global HR Manager;
Is responsible for introduction and onboarding programs for new employees at all levels)
Ensuring that organisation and employee related records are accurate, accessible and secure and in compliance with relevant privacy regulation;
Managing personnel databases in an efficient and accurate way assuring compliance with legislation and local policies;
Effectively maintaining employees data and information that meets the organisation’s legal obligations and assists in HR management and planning by recommending, developing and implementing new processes and analyses.
Coordinating monthly payroll activity in collaboration with external provider, ensuring payroll transactions accuracy (including time keeping) and bank transfers/payments;
Identifying training and development needs, organise trainings, interacts with training companies to identify training scope and content;
Acting as first contact for employees on HR-topics according to up-to-date knowledge of company policies;
Providing to internal clients periodical reports concerning personnel activity (absenteeism, turnover, workload, overtime) and statistical information (unemployment rate, cost of living, salary average, payroll data);
Supporting the Operations Manager in the meeting with the Works Council and Health Comitee;
Being responsible for several internal facilities: canteen, ordering office supplies, travel arrangements, administration and issuing security badges.
