NHR Agropartners is looking for a HR Business Partner to join its friendly and active team. The business has quite a horizontal structure and it is proud of the positive environment acquired. Management encourages collaboration between the employees together with responsibility and independence. The main focus is to transform the Human Resources role in a business development one.

Main Focus and Targets:

To be a partner for the Branch Managers and Head of Departments in discussing and finding the right solution in any regard needed for employees’ management, as an example, but not limited to selection, evaluation, engagement and motivation, retention, compensations and benefits, talent development, including disciplinary measures, if ever the case.

To stay up to date and implement Legal and Corporate requirements in the human resources area; to ensure that the policies, procedures and practices in the company are compliant with these requirements, including Organization Handbook and Work Collective contract.

Recruitment and selection: based by understanding the exact profile needed to cover a position to source, screen, review applicants and lead interviews together with the Hiring Manager.

Employee relations: providing advice and guidance on all employee relations issues

To understand the level of employees and their need of development and propose, organize and centralize info about technical and soft skill trainings.

Representing the company in the relationship with the State Authorities

Payroll, personnel administration and benefits files validation

Job description: to draw up and structure adequate job description for each category of positions, same time complying with the legal requirements, including revision of old job description type, if case

HR Business Partner Skills:

English (written and spoken)

1+years’ experience as a HR Business Partner or similar

Analytical skills: collect, interpret and present complex data sets in a simplified manner and the ability to easily draw conclusions from it;

Business insight and knowledge: a full understanding of the business and how it operates. Ability to translate HR concepts and actions so that they better fit into the business and its operations/transactions;

Teamwork: develop and maintain significant collaborative and cooperative relationships to work closely on the business needs and requirements;


Communication skills;

Ability to travel - Valid Driver License “B”
