What you have to bring?

  • First of all, we are looking for drive, energy, enthusiasm and the desire to learn and to build. In addition to that, we would prefer the candidates with:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, at least in 2 different areas or as a generalist;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an HRBP, ideally in a service-based company or a BPO;
  • Previous relevant experience in the Compensation and Benefits area;
  • C1 or above in English, speaking and writing;
  • Friend with technology, strong in Excel and able to understand the new tech;
  • Project management;
  • Exceptional communicator;
  • Team player.

What are you going to work on?

  • Basically you have to sneak in all the HR corners, to be an exceptional team player and make your mark on the multiple HR transformation programs, especially in the following areas:
  • Compensation and benefits: job grading, salary structure, employee benefits and total reward;
  • Employee engagement: run, analyze results and initiate actions related to employee surveys, stay and exit interviews, onboarding, employee retention, career path;
  • Leadership development: talent management, learning and development and mentoring;
  • HR tools and automation: enhance the capabilities of HR tools such as Charisma and Icims ATS by implementing bots and RPAs;
  • Relationship with the Region and the TP Group: best practice sharing, shared projects and reporting;
  • HR standard: build and maintain procedures and work instructions.
Of course, you will benefit from all the autonomy and support needed in order to have an operational, tactical and strategic impact for the internal customers that you will be working with. You will have to customize the HR solutions to each project’s specificity and to be a trusted advisor for the senior management team.
