Descrierea jobului


- supervises, controls and coordinates the cleaning work and guarantees that the rooms are cleaned properly and in accordance with quality standards;
- monitors the behaviour and appearance of the cleaning staff and initiates corrective measures if necessary;
- Responsible for maintaining the quality standards of our guest rooms and carrying out basic cleaning work;
- inspects the rooms to be cleaned daily in accordance with the internal specifications, derives measures to improve cleanliness and documents them;
- supervises, in cooperation with the technician, the maintenance of the equipment in the hotel rooms;
- Handles the entrusted equipment with care and maintains it as instructed;
- Discretion and respect towards guests and their property;
- Cleans parts of the public / non-public areas of the hotel in compliance with hygiene and cleaning regulations and the hotel's cleaning schedules;
- is responsible for the independent execution/organisation and documentation of regular special work (window-, upholstery- and
carpet cleaning, parquet care, washing upholstery and curtains, etc.)
- orders and manages all in-house hygiene and consumable articles
- monitors the quality of the laundry, carries out regular stock taking and is in close contact with the external partner in order to initiate corrective measures in good time if necessary.
Safety, environment and administration
- Responsible for compliance with and application of hygiene regulations
- keeps daily statistics on the cleaning services provided
- manages all keys/master keys entrusted to him/her conscientiously and is responsible for the management of the master keys
- Knowledge of and compliance with hotel safety regulations (e.g. in case of fire)
- Compliance with environmental and resource-saving measures (energy saving, recycling, waste separation)
- economic and ecological use of cleaning agents
- participates in the professional training of BA students, trainees and interns and supervises them professionally
