Candidate Profile:
3+ years of proven experience in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
Background in managing or supporting multi-property operations is a strong asset
Excellent knowledge of hospitality processes and guest service protocols
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in English and Romanian
Familiarity with PMS systems (Protel) and Microsoft Office
Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all operational departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance) across the three properties
Ensure smooth and consistent guest experiences aligned with the brand&
39;s service standards
Monitor operational performance metrics and implement improvements where needed
Assist in managing staffing schedules, training plans, and team performance
Coordinate with the Finance, Sales, and HR departments to ensure compliance, budgeting, and strategic alignment
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all facilities in each hotel
Handle guest feedback and oversee effective complaint resolution procedures
Assist with cost control, purchasing, and inventory oversight
Support pre-opening or renovation projects if applicable
