We’re looking for a motivated self-starter who’s open to change, has a “can do” attitude and enjoys helping people understand how to use a new piece of software that is designed to make their workday easier. Who enjoys working with a broad team with skills in various technical fields and who excels at getting colleagues to engage with each other and share their knowledge. You’ll particularly enjoy meeting and speaking to customers, demonstrating how to use DCS products for new implementations and showing customers how DCS products can solve their problems. Identify product development opportunities is also important. You’ll be the front line of our business speaking directly with our customers and demonstrating our products as well as supervising the internal training processes within DCS’ growing team.

- Third level IT-related qualification or relevant practical experience is essential
- Experience supporting customers is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to comfortably interact with both internal and external cross-functional partners and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment while also adapting your behaviour when dealing with larger institutional customers.
- Knowledge of SQL, how computer networks work, databases and MS office 365 along with SharePoint.

Duties/Responsibilities:
PLEASE NOTE: This role is remote, however our office is located in Sibiu and you might be required to come to the office from time to time.
- Work remotely/ in-office to help solve our customers problems.
- Assess technical support issues on a daily basis including verifying issues, isolating, and diagnosing the problem and resolving the issue across the DCS product suite.
- Be a member of the team that provides initial point of contact for all DCS customers
- Resolve front-line support issues wherever possible
- Provide problem escalation and follow-up both within DCS and with third-party suppliers
- Monitor and control incoming and outgoing system alerts
- Define and document helpdesk solutions and operating procedures
- Participate in projects that help scale our support efforts.
