Candidatul ideal

Your experience & education:

  • Ongoing university studies, in graduation or with university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Foreign Languages Studies (main language - German)
  • 0-3 years’ experience in a help desk center, B2B Customer Support or similar working areas
  • Excellent written and verbal command of German and/or English
Your skills:
  • Ability to work autonomously and understand different customer requests/queries in a fast manner
  • Willingness to learn and apply new technologies/tools
  • Team-player with high level of reliability, integrity and collaboration
  • Analytical skills with problem solving mindset
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems
  • Very good business communication & customer service skills
  • High-level of self-organization, commitment, personal drive and energy
  • Openness to take on new tasks depending on the situation or to redesign processes differently
  • Flexibility/Willingness to work to tight time scales
  • Very good skills in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint and Excel)
  • Experience in collaboration with international teams is a plus

Job description:

  • You are part of the Business Support team in Cluj being responsible for 1st-Level support for German/international Users of Tax tools hosted by the WTS company and act in close alignment with the SaaS Coordination Team in Germany (Berlin)
  • You are the first contact person for our users and respond in German/English to all customers’ inquiries via ticket system/Email (inbound) in alignment with our Service Level Agreements
  • You try to solve the 1st-Level support inquiries yourself and clarify decide professionally to whom to delegate the unsolved tickets to
  • You record and classify with high attention to detailsall incoming technical incidents
  • You manage open tickets, monitor response time of the 2nd Level Support and escalate according to the internal guidelines
  • You follow up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
  • You support the German team by setting up and optimizing processes and documentation for the 1st-Level support in Cluj
  • You support and train other staff members
