Candidatul Ideal

  • We expect an adequate level of work experience for the role, supported by strong references / achievements. We will consider candidates with less seniority on a case by case basis, but with high potential for development, high level of ambition / performance
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in an organization with high working standards and in an international environment; we do not expect experience in the photovoltaic industry
  • Technical university degree, e.g. in electrical engineering, or economic/legal if you are a fast learner
  • Practical experience in business development, business lines, sales to large b2b / corpo, preferably in technical industries, supported by results in acquiring new customers and building revenues
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel and ability to present data in an aesthetically pleasing and structured manner (Power Point, Word) is key
  • Very good communication skills (including presentations, business/sales meetings, presentations at conferences and industry events, etc.)
  • Advanced written and spoken English (analysis of contracts in English, preparation of presentations, communication "on daily basis")
  • Ultimately, only a proactive, goal-oriented, self-starting person who wants to build a top O&M business in Europe will do well in the role

Descrierea jobului

  • We are looking for a person who will support the Management of the company (CEO, CTO) in increasing business and professionalizing the area of Operations & Maintanace (maintenance and service of photovoltaic farms)
  • Currently the company has a portfolio of over 500MW in maintenance - we are the market leader and the largest player on the Polish market
  • You will be responsible for active sales and marketing to large b2b / corpo customers (investment funds, asset management companies, international law firms, etc.) - brand awareness building, offer presentation, negotiation of contract terms
  • At the same time your role will be to further develop our business, e.g. in terms of our offer, building competitive advantage, process automation, cost optimization, implementation of IT tools and expansion of the company's activities on the Romanian market
  • You will work closely with the Management Board, the Execution Director, key representatives of investors and asset management companies
  • In addition, you will perform other tasks related to the development of the company - e.g. assistance in building new business lines, implementation of processes/tools to optimize the circulation/status of documents, etc. improving the workflow across the company
  • Handling Investors with regard to current queries, providing answers, preparing reports, etc.
