Candidatul Ideal
- Completed degree in business administration, economics (university/university of applied sciences), or a commercial education
- Further qualification as a certified accountant is desirable
- Extensive professional experience in finance and accounting within internationally operating companies
- Proven expertise in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR/HGB or IFRS
- Strong practical knowledge of MS Office; experience with SAP FI is a plus
- Excellent English skills relevant to the field
- Strong communication skills, a structured mindset, and an independent working style

- Close cooperation and further expansion and professional development of existing teams under the leadership of team leads in foreign subsidiaries
- Lead and participate in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with OR/HGB or IFRS
- Define and implement accounting and consolidation guidelines
- Prepare regular financial reports and analyses
- Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns and related regulatory filings
- Implement new processes and continuously optimize existing workflows
- Contribute to general business management topics and handle ad-hoc financial matters
- Act as the primary point of contact for auditors, authorities, and external stakeholders
