● Work in the tech industry
● Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, including product advice, order support,
● Technical troubleshooting, and limited sales
● Process and manage warranty claims via phone and email
● Accurately log call-related data into our systems
● Collaborate with overseas teams to enhance product development, customer
● Guidance, and service quality
Essential Requirements:
Advanced German - written and spoken
Good level of English language
This is a work from office position in Bucharest.
