In order to be successful you will need to have:
  • Bachelor`s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business; MBA preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience with an organization in the Order-to-Cash (Credit & Collections mandatory) function;
  • 3 years experience in a management role
  • Experience in managing continuous improvement and fluency in C.I language (Kaizen, VSM, etc…);
  • Experience with ERPs (Oracle preferred) and specific O2C enterprise assets (GetPaid, Highradius;
  • Strong understanding of controls required within the O2C function;
  • Experience working within shared services environment; industry experience is a plus;
  • Strong, proven business partnering mentality; has the maturity and awareness to strike the right balance between facilitating and challenging the business;
  • Strong experience in building compelling business cases, and appropriate persistence that shapes the opinions of stakeholders; position proposals by linking to others' needs and concerns;
  • Language skills: English at advanced/native level.

What will you do in our team?
As the Order-to-Cash Global Process Owner, you will use your business acumen and domain expertise to support the overall success of the global finance transformation. You will work closely with the transformation leadership team and GBS service delivery teams to drive transformation and achieve world-class service delivery standards in the finance function.
This role will be responsible for governing the overall O2C end to end process, ensuring that processes are standardized across all geographies, change is managed carefully following a structured governance model and process improvements are identified, including technology changes. The role will provide strategic and business leadership in transforming the operational finance function within the Global Business Services (GBS) operating model. The goals of the transformation will be to create and operate a structured, sustainable and efficient Financial Services Center.
Specifically, the transformation will initially include supporting the Transition (lift-and-shift) of the different activities performed in legacy locations into the HUB organization, and thereafter improving business processes, driving results by providing transparency, creating efficiencies through innovative solutions, with a focus on standardization and streamlined governance.
The O2C GPO will closely partner with the Corporate Controllership and GBS service delivery teams to ensure the success of this role.

What kind of work will you be doing?

Establish O2C metrics and performance standards:
  • Define metrics to measure end-to-end service performance, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Work with the Finance Transformation VP, Service Delivery team and SMEs to develop and report Key Performance Indicators with a focus on providing higher quality service as well as transparency to the internal customers;
  • Develop service performance management tools to assist in completing and distributing of performance reports;
  • Continuously benchmark the GBS O2C service delivery model against other companies to identify and implement process improvements and cost gains initiatives, maintaining a strong focus on execution and delivery of short-term results while moving towards the long-term vision;
  • Responsible for the process-specific policies and updating them to drive process efficiency;
Review and approve cross-functional process performance improvement opportunities:
  • Nurture a culture of continuous improvement, best practice sharing and process standardization and align with the other areas of the GBS service delivery team;
  • Perform review of root cause analysis developed by the shared services organization to determine causes of missed performance metrics and/or incidents and lead redress;
  • Partner with service delivery teams and IT to assess performance of current systems and improvement / change opportunities;
Support functional resources and provide technical knowledge:
  • Partner with the O2C service delivery lead and ensure the process operates efficiently and effectively;
  • Escalate process issues to respective businesses owners in a timely and structured approach;
  • Drive team members to promote value added activities, focus on exceeding customers' demands and establish role in the end-to-end process;
  • Motivate team members to challenge the status quo and strive for process excellence;

Working conditions: Up to 30% travel required.
