Asigură gestiunea fizică si scriptica a stocului de marfă
Operează în stoc mişcările de marfă
Păstrează documentele justificative legate de stocuri
Efectuează lunar inventarul stocului dn gestiune
Participă activ la operaţiunile de încărcare/descărcare a stocurilori la/din magazia firmei
Raportează superiorului ierarhic orice neconcordanţă între stocul fizic şi cel scriptic
Oferă informaţii despre stocuri, magazie.
Respectă legislaţia de gestiune a stocurilor
Introduce marfa în stoc în baza documentelor de intrare
Efectuează operaţiuni de intrare în magazie a mărfii
Verifica documentele la introducerea NIR-ului si semnaleaza eventualele neconcordante
Efectuează recepţia fizică a mărfii la intrarea în magazia firmei
Înregistrează, prelucrează şi păstrează informaţiile referitoare la situaţia stocurilor
Raportează lunar rezultatele activităţii de gestiune a stocului
Utilizează eficient spaţiul de depozitare a mărfurilor
Asigură mişcarea stocurilor
Efectuează transferurile de marfă din stocul central în substocuri şi retur.
Păstrează evidenţa documentelor de transfer emise, cu semnăturile de predare/primire la zi
Emite avize de expediţie pentru mărfurile ce părăsesc firma, în condiţiile prevăzute de lege
Urmăreşte ca marfa introdusă în stocul central să fie sigilată (acolo unde este cazul)
Listează documentele fiscale ce însoţesc marfa şi le transmite clientului intern
Predă marfa către clientii interni si externi conform documentelor emise
Ambaleaza si securizeaza marfa in vederea livrarii
