The department
Our Finance team is in the money! They’re responsible for ensuring that bills are paid, money is collected, that every is properly recorded and that our accountancy practices with all local and international regulations.

We provide service to a network of 22 offices around the world from Los Angeles to Tokyo. The international diversity of what we do is a defining characteristic of this talented and professional team.

The role
General Ledger lies at the heart of our global operation, including a large office based in Bucharest. It’s our job to ensure that we pay all of our local costs to our people (payroll) and all local services, eg landlords, utility suppliers and local administrative expenses.
  • Receive, record and pay invoices from local suppliers
  • Work with our HR team to perform monthly payroll and statutory reporting
  • Co-ordinate with our Internal departments to resolve queries and any other discrepancies
  • Ensure that all internal policies and procedures are respected
  • Prioritise workloads to ensure that critical deadlines are achieved
  • Works with senior leadership team to build annual budgets, and manage a report costs against them
  • Works with external auditors to ensure that accounting principles are adhered to
  • Highlight to senior management any potential issues
