As an Associate in Operational Accounting Services, you will have the opportunity to leverage your accounting
expertise to support key functions such as accounts payable, fixed assets, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations,

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing fixed assets accounting, including recording asset acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation calculations.
Support accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, cash receipts processing, and customer account reconciliations.
Handle bank transactions and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely recording of cash flows.
Participate in month-end closing activities, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations,
and financial reporting support.
Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve accounting discrepancies and
inquiries.
Assisting with creating and updating process documentation in accordance to specific regulations or
requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working in finance, accounting or administration
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
