We are currently looking for a team-oriented and enthusiastic General & Administrative Buyer for Bucharest, within KMG Rompetrol Services Center.

 

KMG Rompetrol Services Center functions as a Service Center and includes assistance functions (Administrative, Financial, Human Resources, IT, Legal, Procurement, Service Improvement, QHSE, Secretariat) covering all Romanian legal entities.

 

Your new role: Manage the end-to-end procurement process related to the General & Administrative commercial contracts area (source-to-agreement; procure-to-pay)

 

Activities going to help you shine:

•Identify new suppliers/producers according to the business needs.
•Manage external suppliers’ portfolios.
•Manage the contracting flow from the internal request up to the conclusion/implementation of the contract, according to internal procedures.
•Maintain the relation with approved suppliers throughout the procurement process to obtain price, specifications, and delivery information.
•Responsible for all corresponding steps in Contract Negotiation, Approval, and Signing process; develops, implements, and manages the assigned contracts on General & Administrative category.
•Prepare and follow up on the addendums to contracts and on their corresponding annexation to agreed contracts to ensure the legal bases.
•Provide and maintain accurate and current weekly status reports, as well as any other report requested related to procurement activity.

•Bachelor’s degree required.
•At least 2 years of experience in Procurement or field.
•Previous experience in the acquisition of General & Administrative is considered a plus.
•Working knowledge of MS Office.
•Proficient command of English.
•Ability to plan, organize and prioritize.
•Analytical thinking and very good negotiating skills.
•SAP ARIBA experience is considered a plus
