Responsibilities:
  • Provides support for all company premises in terms of compliance with standards implemented within the company (ISO 27001 and GDPR).
  • Ensures that all regulations in the implemented standards are contained in the internal policies of the Company.
  • Creates, implements and periodically updates internal documentation/policies/procedures within and the Information Security Management System, in compliance with the documentation/ policies/ procedures established at company level.
  • Monitors and audits the implementation of the work procedures established within the company, as well as compliance with the requirements imposed by customers.
  • Provides support in order to maintain and improve the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in all locations within the company.
  • Ensures compliance with the agreed deadlines for the implementation of new procedures/policies in accordance with standards of the company, as well as for handing over the documents and reports that are requested.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of the data and documents reported, ensuring that they are in compliance with the reality / applicable legislation / standard procedures implemented within the company.
  • Actively involved in the security incidents that take place within the company, opening an incident ticket in the program established at group level, investigating incidents and participating in establishing the action plan together with the
  • Compliance Coordinator and the other departments involved in the incident. Also ensures that all incidents are properly resolved and are closed in the incident reporting program.
  • The reporting of data in the program will be done in accordance with reality and based on existing documents.
  • Reports statistical data on the amount and type of violations of the company's policies/procedures.
  • Organizes and participates in audit processes in all company locations.
  • Registers contracts and periodically updates the list of contracts with external suppliers and contracts intercompany.
  • Sends reminders to department heads and project managers regarding documents/contracts which must be completed in order to comply with the implemented work policies/procedures.
  • Audits the performance of suppliers by periodically evaluating them in compliance with the implemented policies/procedures within the company.
  • Periodically participates in the specialized trainings within the group, assimilating the information taught and a implementing it within his activity in the company.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of security policies to address emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with department managers to determine security needs and implement appropriate measures.
  • Monitor security systems and networks for potential threats and vulnerabilities, implementing and managing security monitoring tools and technologies.
  • Lead the response to security incidents, including investigation, mitigation, and reporting, and conduct root cause analysis to implement preventive measures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security threats and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and organizational policies.
