We are searching for native or bilingual proficiency in either one of these languages: Croatian, Slovenian, English, French, German, Hungarian, Indian, Italian, Arabic, Dutch, Portuguese, Russian, Vietnamese, Thai

For the SEO/content & analysis roles:

A degree in communication, marketing, journalism, digital media or a similar discipline. Alternatively, comparable qualifications through training and professional experience

Financial Market knowledge is a must

Experience in a SEO, marketing and digital media-related role

Ability to use Google Analytics and similar statistical packages (preferable)

Accustomed to using SEO platforms as well as having knowledge of Google Search Console, keyword planner, search console, ahrefs, majestic, etc. (preferable)

For the Customer Support roles, no previous Financial Markets experience is required, although it will be considered an advantage.

Our client is looking for two types of positions:

- Customer-facing support roles
- Content-creation/SEO roles

For the Customer Support positions, you need to have good comunication skills, technical abilities, although no previous knowledge of technical tools is required, as the company provides extensive training. Financial markets knowledge or previous experience in brokerage-related roles is highly appreciated.

The duties:

Taking inbound calls from existing clients in the company's portfolio on a daily basis; All the clients are generated from leads originating from online marketing campaigns and are trading the markets on their own
Maintaining current awareness of global markets and economic conditions and being able to write about and discuss market conditions and financial instruments with clients
Creating content for the company website
Creating webinars and recorded presentations on various market-related topics
Acting as a first point of contact via phone and online chat for the clients in your region
