Fleet Upgrade - Crew Manager

Fluent English. French is a considerable plus.
College/Faculty Graduate or in progress
Good communication skills
Rigor and method
Multicultural experience
Good organization skills
Technical experience in shipping is preferable
Computer, MS Office - literate
Relevant experience in crewing, service team management

Comply with quality management system and all relevant international rules and regulations;
Ensure all your duties in accordance with quality, health, safety, environmental and ethics policies;
Propose a continuous performance improvement plan which will be reported and reviewed on a periodical basis;
Liaise with third party contractors to organize travel plans to the vessels, organizing attendence by port agents;
Ensure documentation transmittals (internal documents & suppliers’ documents)
Prepare project status reports by collecting and analyzing information.
