Mаin rеsponsibilities rеlatеd to your job:

●Manage‌ ‌the‌ ‌monthly‌ ‌closing‌ ‌process‌ ‌and‌ prepare the management‌ ‌financial‌ ‌statements; ‌ ‌●Prepares the weekly Cashflow forecast in close cooperation with Treasury Accountant and business.
●Prepares‌ ‌reporting‌ ‌presentations‌ ‌and‌ ‌analyses for the board of Administrators and Operational Directors ,‌ ‌in‌ ‌close‌ ‌cooperation‌ ‌with‌ ‌business;‌ ‌
●Prepare monthly‌ ‌analysis‌ ‌of‌ ‌actual‌ ‌vs.‌ ‌budget‌ ‌variances vs previous year,‌ ‌indicate‌ ‌corrective‌ ‌actions‌ for accounting‌ ‌team‌ ‌and‌ ‌provide‌ ‌support‌ ‌to‌ ‌business‌ ‌users‌ ‌(sales,‌ inventory variations and related provisions,‌ ‌costs‌ ‌etc);‌ ‌ ‌
●Works‌ ‌closely‌ ‌with‌ ‌Budget‌ ‌Owners‌ ‌to‌ ‌assure‌ ‌accurate‌ ‌cost‌ ‌allocation ‌ ‌
●Involved‌ ‌in‌ ‌the‌ ‌forecasting‌ ‌and‌ ‌budgeting‌ ‌processes‌ ‌(work‌ ‌closely‌ ‌with‌ ‌business‌ ‌part‌ ‌for‌ ‌data‌ ‌ gathering,‌ ‌centralized‌ ‌technical‌ ‌file‌ ‌preparation,‌ ‌process‌ ‌coordination;)‌ ‌
●Support Development Directors with business case review for new store opening part
●Prepare regular profitability analyses for particular business units (stores, production divisions etc)‌
●Participate‌ ‌as‌ ‌team‌ ‌member‌ ‌in‌ ‌different‌ ‌projects‌ ‌that‌ ‌imply‌ ‌optimization of the reporting‌ ‌,‌ ‌internal‌ ‌controls‌ ‌implementation‌ ‌or‌ ‌business‌ ‌processes‌ ‌improvements; ‌ ‌ ‌
●Perform‌ ‌additional‌ ‌analysis‌ ‌of‌ ‌data,‌ ‌presentations,‌ ‌business‌ ‌cases‌ ‌as‌ ‌required‌ ‌by‌ Administrators or CFO.
