Let's meet if you have these skills:
●Relevant university degree (economics, accounting);
●Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance, with at 3+ years spent in a controlling role (previous experience in Retail field would be an advantage);
●CAFR or equivalent qualification is considered a plus;
●Good understanding of internal controls concepts;
●Previous experience as power user with a BI tool as Qlickview or other equivalent is considered a plus;
●MS Office advanced abilities (Excel and large databases; Power Point)
●Top management business exposure, working in entrepreneurial environment ;
●Advanced English (both written and spoken)
●Solid controls consciousness and analytical skills;
●Team player, with very good interpersonal and communication skills.
Mаin rеsponsibilities rеlatеd to your job:
●Manage the monthly closing process and prepare the management financial statements; ●Prepares the weekly Cashflow forecast in close cooperation with Treasury Accountant and business.
●Prepares reporting presentations and analyses for the board of Administrators and Operational Directors , in close cooperation with business;
●Prepare monthly analysis of actual vs. budget variances vs previous year, indicate corrective actions for accounting team and provide support to business users (sales, inventory variations and related provisions, costs etc);
●Works closely with Budget Owners to assure accurate cost allocation
●Involved in the forecasting and budgeting processes (work closely with business part for data gathering, centralized technical file preparation, process coordination;)
●Support Development Directors with business case review for new store opening part
●Prepare regular profitability analyses for particular business units (stores, production divisions etc)
●Participate as team member in different projects that imply optimization of the reporting , internal controls implementation or business processes improvements;
●Perform additional analysis of data, presentations, business cases as required by Administrators or CFO.
