Minimum qualifications:
  • University degree, Accounting & Finance, 2-3 yrs experience in a similar position in a multinational company
  • Experience in SAP/similar ERP required and fluency in English.
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Enthusiastic, pro-active and efficient
  • Analytical person and results oriented
  • Flexible person with the ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent communication skills
  • US GAAP experience is a plus
  • ACCA is desirable
  • Excellent abilities of Microsoft Office

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for inventory valuation: standard cost activity, ensure BOM and routings are accurate and updated.
  • Calculates and proposes the reserves for inventory (excess, inactive, obsolete)
  • Tracks and report the production, demand, scrap rate, length of semi-finished inventory and other operational metrics
  • Ensure revenue recognition principles are followed
  • Participates actively in Variance analysis of actual vs budget, forecast at organization and cost center level.
  • Participates actively in the preparation of any ad hoc reporting, the monthly reporting to headquarter and in preparing the necessary statutory audit
  • Responsible for Profitability analysis, by customer, by channel, by product
  • Responsible for annual budget process, Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet.
  • Responsible for ad hoc forecasts as requested by the group
