F&B Coordinator – Join the Corinthia Hotel Team

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality (4- or 5-star hotels is a strong advantage)
• Excellent command of the English language – both spoken and written
• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.
• A proactive, adaptable, and guest-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service
• Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment

• Provide administrative and operational support to the F&B department and management.
• Coordinate communication between bar, kitchen, service teams, and other hotel departments.
• Assist in planning and organizing events, banquets, and dining experiences.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and inventory records.
• Ensure smooth execution of daily operations and uphold Corinthia’s service standards.
• Liaise with suppliers, follow up on orders, and support procurement needs.
• Support training and onboarding processes for new F&B staff members.
