Job scope
As a Export Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for ensuring customer relations activities for lens sales in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force, the provisions and strategy established by the Department Manage, and the established sales objectives and targets.
Main Responsibilities and related activities:
- Provide expert-level technical support and assistance to optometry businesses, and optical clinics through inbound/outbound, specific to the customer service activity
- Respond to Rhein Visioncustomer's inquiries related to orders, product features, and technical specifications and ensure swift and efficient resolution of complex technical questions related to the product to minimize disruption to customer operations
- Provide support and assist Rhein Vision customers in selecting, ordering, and using optometry-related products (e.g., lenses, frames). Ensures product promotion in conversations with customers, informing customers about product offers, technical details, and ways to sell products
- Process and track orders ( orders receved by phone / email) , ensuring timely delivery and accurate fulfillment for business customers. Actively monitor all orders and requests from customers in the portfolio, offering active support when needed
- Monitors, tracks, prioritizes orders in production
- Generates reports requested by the Customer Service Manager
- Enter orders in the production management software
- Optimizes production orders according to each customer specification
- Prepare and launch orders in production
- Manages the database in the system regarding lenses dedicated to production
- Reads/lists, assimilates and ensures that he/she has fully understood any procedure/work instruction related to the activity
- Carries out the operations provided in the work instructions specific to the activity
- Report immediately to the direct superior any problem arising in the course of the activity
- Execute any other collateral tasks of the job assigned by the direct superior or the management of the company
