• Proven track record as a Platform Super User
• Experience in managing a team
• Very good command of English, additional European language will be an asset
• Proactive and Can -do attitude
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external customers across different levels

With the ongoing devеlopment and EU-wide lаunch of an еxtеrnаl eCommercе procurеmеnt platform (eStore), thе creаtion of a cеntralizеd teаm to provide the mаnаgеment and administrative overlay to support and enhance this within the NTT-EU region.

Working with NTT you will:

• Become key point of contact providing expertise & technical support for both internal users and external customers
• Set up collaboration with countries with regards to the E-store adoption
• Ensure the appropriate contracts have been set-up
• Be responsible for new clients onboarding
• Prepare and deploy multi-language translation files
• Review costing/pricing rules
• Manage and communicate with Vendors and Distributors, management and upload of vendor catalogue data as needed
• Ensure Master Data consistency
• Prepare and issue management reporting, with ongoing pro-active development of dashboards and data trending analysis
• Provide End users trainings
• Own administration and governance of the tool (set up new clients, catalogues; buyers, landing page maintenance etc.)
• Act as an SME in process and the platform improvement
• Run ongoing Feature/Requirement testing
