Bachelorʾs degree in Business Administration or Computer Science or another technical field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration or implementation of ERP/CRM systems (including setup, maintenance, troubleshooting)
Experience with data extraction and migration
A fundamental understanding of accounting procedures (an asset)
A fundamental understanding of Project Management procedures
Creativity in identifying complex problems and finding solutions quickly and accurately.
Ability to work as a liaison between all departments
Strong problem solving and decision-making ability

Job Description

As an ERP/CRM Administrator, you will provide technical assistance and analyze business requirements to implement effective SAP Business One, Click View a.o. solutions that support user and business needs. You will work closely with our internal departments and our SAP Business One, Click View a.o. providers to customize, resolve user issues and define processes.
The ideal candidate will conceptualize the needs of the business and will be able to formulate, develop and implement solutions both technically and in terms of business.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

Work within a team environment, assist with the administration, maintenance, and updates to the core ERP/CRM and related systems.
Collaborate with IT, Sales, Marketing, Service and Finance to design, test and implement various company initiatives.
Act as our Project Manager for the ERP/CRM implementation project or change requests projects
Stay up to date and partner with our ERP/CRM System provider by attending user days, conferences and taking part in online forums.
Documentation and communication of Technical information to non-Technical people.
Initiate improvement project(s) and see it/them through to fruition.
Understand the Business processes, regardless of whether the process falls into Finance, Service or Sales and customize the system(s) together with our ERP/CRM System provider to fit the organization’s processes.
Development of reporting and analytics.
