• manages the relationship with portfolio customers.
• uses scripts and persuasive communication techniques to generate interest
• identifies opportunities to sell the company's products and services (cross sell, up sell) to portfolio customers by contacting them (phone/email/online/face2face meetings); informs other members of the commercial department about the identified opportunities in order to define the best solutions for the customer (as appropriate);
• prepares product and service offers for portfolio customers in accordance with the identified needs.
• deliver attractive product presentations via telephone or virtual meetings, persuading customers to make purchases.
• maintains strong relationships with customers, ensuring that satisfaction and loyalty levels are high
• negotiates / renegotiates specific contractual terms and conditions with customers in the portfolio, in collaboration with the direct manager and in compliance with applicable legislation and internal company procedures.

OUR CSR INNITIATIVES

The European FOOD (Fighting Obesity through Offer and Demand) programme is the largest European public-private project launched and coordinated by Edenred since 2009 in 10 EU countries, including Romania. FOOD mobilises 31 prestigious public and private partners, such as the National Institute of Public Health and the Association of Family Doctors Bucharest-Ilfov at national level. The objective of the programme is to promote healthy eating habits, both by raising awareness of how food affects the health of employees and by reducing food waste, with a direct impact on the restaurants involved in the project. Thus, FOOD brings employees, companies and partner restaurants together to encourage a balanced lifestyle.

Edenred has made it its mission to promote healthy nutritional habits both at work and at home, with Edenred's most popular and appreciated product being the meal card, used to purchase food and hot meals.

This year, on March 12, we celebrated 5 years of the food in Romania together with the most important voices of public authorities and business. HOW DOES THE BENEFIT PLATFORM WORK?
The employer concludes a contract and sends a list of employees with the corresponding monthly budget. The platform works like an online store where each employee has secure access to a wide range of flexible benefits, offers and discounts, within the budget provided by the employer. The employer thus outsources a service that would have taken the company's internal resources, both time wise, as well as human or financial.
