Bachelor’s degree and previous Employer Branding experience, at least 1-2 years
Experience working with varying job boards and career fairs
Organized and able to drive end-to-end Employer Branding activities
Strong brand ambassador with storytelling approach
Self-driven with the ability to take own initiatives
Flexible mind-set
Driving constant improvement with a creative way of working
Project management skills, resilience and relationship building skills

Descrierea jobului

Promote employer brand and company values to employees and candidates.
Plan and organize campaigns and projects from conception to implementation.
Work closely with employer branding agency to devlop materials and content for a broad variety of channels both for internal and external employer branding communication plans/activities. The content will be related to candidate and employee experience, company culture and recruiting.
Contribute to universities relationship management and to increase company awarness to related stakeholders.
Support in students and graduates dedicated programs implementation.
Active involvement in job fairs participations logistics.
Cooperate closely with HR Business Partners to identify and deliver initiatives across company.
Partner with marketing team for allignement on digital and traditional media initiatives and content.
Define KPI measurements for success and assess the effectiveness of campaigns / projects.
Evaluate and launch new and emerging recruitment and inductions channels and tools.
