Email Marketing Specialist with Experience, Remote (de Acasă), 4000 - 5000 RON

As an Email Marketer, you will lead the strategy and execution of email campaigns that drive engagement, nurture customer relationships, and boost conversions. While you’ll guide the process and strategy, you’ll collaborate with copywriters, designers, and developers to bring campaigns to life. Your focus will be on delivering measurable outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Audit existing email strategies, develop data-driven plans, and execute campaigns tailored to client goals.
List Segmentation: Manage and optimize audience segmentation to ensure targeted and personalized communication.
Campaign Execution: Oversee the creation, testing, and launching of email campaigns to maximize performance.
Email Creation: Design, write, and implement engaging, conversion-driven email content across automation flows and newsletters.
Performance Analysis: Track key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, providing actionable insights for optimization.
Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to ensure messaging aligns with client branding and objectives.
Best Practices: Stay up to date on the latest email marketing trends, tools, and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Must Haves
Proven experience with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
Expertise in audience segmentation and email deliverability optimization.
Strong analytical skills to measure campaign success and refine strategies.
Strategic mindset with a proven ability to conceptualize and implement effective campaigns.
Excellent communication and project management skills to coordinate with internal teams.
Bonus: Knowledge of design principles, coding, or email platform integrations.

Although we operated on Magento for many years, we have specialized in Shopify for the past five years. We have been in eCommerce since 2010, and today we serve over 50 active clients, most of whom are based outside the country.
