We’re looking for client-oriented candidates who are native or near-native English speakers (B2, C1 or C2 level) to join our Elite Customer Support team for our newest project!
You’ll be learning from the best while working on one of the most innovative projects to deliver excellent customer experience for our world-leading client in home-fitness industry. This job is for you if you have:
Native level/fluency in English or at least B2 both verbal and written.
Positive attitude & excited to discover new CX approaches;
Excellent Communication and customer focus (both verbal and written).
Great team spirit but the ability to also be independent, like every superhero should.
Problem solving, investigative and multi-tasking skills with highest attention to detail.
