Candidatul Ideal
- Graduate of technical higher education
- Minimum 2 years experience in an automotive manufacturing company as Process Engineer
- Knowledge of IPC610 standard; knowledge of electronics is an advantage
- Good English speaker; German language is an advantage
- Experience on SMT processes. AOI programming is an advantage.
- Knowledge of common quality tools (5WHY, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, etc.)
- Ability to read technical drawings; to work in a team; to analyze and problem solving skills

- Ensuring the initiating of new projects in the area of electronic productions, following the specific achievement and quality objectives
- Identifying process weaknesses
- Analyses production system parameters in relation with product quality
- Responsible for process optimization and analysis; responsible for the necessary adjustments of the machine and auxiliary installations
- Prepare specific documentation for each project
- Propose improvement methods for electronic parts production processes
- Ensuring tracking of specific performance indicators
