Education and Experience
Typically 4+ years to establish proven track record in Service Business Management.
Experience in one of the related disciplines of delivery, services/solution architecting and selling or business planning prior to taking business management role.

Knowledge and Skills
Medium knowledge of IT and services industry and Education market
Knowledge of the company's organization and policies, services offerings, end to end processes, tools, and routes to market.
Problem detection and analysis of root cause.
Skills in planning and financial analysis.
Planning, project management and change management skills.
Good presentation skills. Ability to influence different functions, geographies, and the ability to build strong consensus. Impacts internal and external clients.
Skills in management of business relationships, knowledge in organizational design and planning, problem solving, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to provide leadership and drive change across functions;

ResponsibilitiesResponsible for Order, Revenue and Margin contribution for Education Business in Romania,
Responsible for the overall Education business success in Romania in services, solutions, portfolio. Establishes activities and business plans to support business goals and initiatives by driving profitable growth and TCE.
Leads and develops solution(s) planning over entire lifecycle, including conformance to pricing strategies, end-to-end service delivery and sales readiness and associated processes.
Manages and monitors performance of product and service business metrics (e.g., attach, penetration, revenue, TCE); delivers recovery or action plans in case of underperformance
Performs business analysis, identifies root cause, and develops recommendations/ solutions to drive business improvements.
Works across regions/geographies to implement new/enhanced services, solutions, or programs and associated processes to meet emerging customer/market needs and fuel profitable growth.
Creating mutually beneficial relationship with Product Business Groups, Alliance partners, Services and support teams, and Regional Business Development Manager, Sales, Solution Partners Organization, and delivery functions.
