E-commerce & Social Media Specialist (VALCEA)

Are you a multitasker who enjoys both structured tasks and creative work? We’re looking for a digital-savvy person to join our Marketing team at VOX PROFILE in Ramnicu Valcea, Romania – someone who’s equally at ease updating e-commerce listings as they are building engaging content for Instagram or TikTok.

What We're Looking For
 Minimum 1–2 years experience in a similar role (e-commerce or social media)
 Strong writing skills in Romanian and English (B2 or higher)
 Familiarity with eMAG, PrestaShop, and tools like Meta Business Suite
 Experience with Canva or other basic graphic tools
 Solid Excel and Office knowledge
 Bonus points for: video editing basics, experience in Baselinker, or content SEO

Your Key Responsibilities
�� E-commerce
 Upload and manage product listings (images, specs, pricing) via Baselinker to
platforms such as eMAG and our PrestaShop store
 Update product descriptions and ensure all info is relevant and SEO-friendly
 Monitor and respond to customer reviews, emails, chats, and platform messages in
Romanian
 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and resolve
customer issues
�� Social Media
 Plan, create, and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
according to the monthly calendar
 Write and schedule posts, engage with the community, and monitor performance
 Run and optimize social ad campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
 Work independently (or together with the marketing team) to produce visual assets in
Canva
 Keep an eye on competitors and social trends to propose new content ideas
 Collaborate with the marketing team in Poland to ensure alignment
