e-Commerce Customer Service Consultant
Proven work experience in a Customer Service or Customer Support role / e-Commerce team (min. 1- 2 years);
Proficiency in English;
Have a flair for client communication and understand costumer’s behaviour;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Service orientation and a "customer always comes first" attitude;
Extremely comfortable with Internet technologies and e-Commerce functionality;
Promptly and professionally respond to customers' needs and requests via phone (incoming & follow up outgoing calls) and via email;
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships;
Deal with client requests and escalate as needed (manager and other departments) in order to identify and solve different issues;
Collect and transfer relevant customer feedback within the organization;
Collaborate with the sales team in order to keep the client satisfied and engaged with our services;
Daily website monitoring and testing;
