Join our Incentives team and shape the culture in two of our main Care Center locations (Romania and the UK) through employee engagement.
Our Doctor Fun will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Care events, contests, activities, and, of course, as the title says it, making sure that everybody has a good time at the work place!
The position also runs the Care rewards and recognition programs, along with assisting the culture crew.
This position works hand in hand with various internal departments and external vendors across the country and internationally.
