Candidatul Ideal
Has minimum 5 years of experience as Site Director, Production Director or Director of Operations
Has a university degree – preferably in Logistics, Economics or Technical
Has Intralogistics technology practical experience
Has practical knowledge of Warehouse Management System
Has good communication and knowledge sharing skills
Is well organized and proactive
Has practical experience in costs and process optimization
Has analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Has excellent English skills, both spoken and written

40 000 m2 Distribution Center launch from the greenfield
Site operational management (500 + employees and automation)
Site production planning in line with the orders
New solutions implementation within processes and logistics technology
Capex and opex budget management
Continuous improvement, quality and on time excellence
Focus on the site performance and its efficiency
Direct cooperation with the headquarters and other company’s entities
Cooperation with international vendors and local authorities
