The director of carrier relations will assume an executive role within the group’s carrier department. This is a managerial role reporting directly to the CEO and other company stakeholders. This is a job fit for a global thinker, an executive leader with proven track record from the telecom’s industry who will be able to define a strategy, set tactical goals and execute professionally with extreme attention to detail. The job requires often travel to industry trade shows/ client locations in order to secure strategic partnership with global carriers.

Signing contracts with new partners.
Initiating, leading and executing of various projects within the carrier unit.
Constant liaison with different company departments, including financial department and IT.
Participating in defining product requirements, pricing, process automation and different other cross organizational responsibilities.
Ability to travel independently in order to enhance existing relationships and onboard new partners.
Overall responsibility for the recruiting, training and direct management of department staff, including sales, business development and IT functions.Job requirements:
AT LEAST 5 years of previous work experience from the international wholesale telecoms industry (voice, messaging or data) – Mandatory.
Hands on experience with managing a team of account managers, business development, sales or customer service representatives.
Vast industry specific knowledge and contacts (experience from the wholesale voice industry will be a considerable advantage).
Experience in strategy planning, including product pricing and go-to market planning.
A highly analytical person who is also self-motivated and will be able to motivate a team.
A highly goal-oriented individual who is experienced with task prioritization and delegation.
High proficiency of the English language, verbal and written.
High proficiency with MS-Excel and CRM/ERP systems.
