Ipsos is looking for an experienced Digital Media Campaigns Specialist, to join our growing and enthusiastic team in Bucharest. Our colleagues are skilled in media buying, social media and Google campaigns, working with a variety of tools and platforms. Your main role will be to build knowledge and drive growth on app install campaigns, working with different teams across the organization.

The ideal person has:

• Minimum 2 years of digital marketing/media experience (planning, managing & optimizing digital media campaigns)
• Relevant experience in mobile marketing/ app-install campaigns, working with third parties like: Kochava, Appsflyer, admob, branch.io and ASO (App store optimization)
• Advanced English skills
• Excel skills – medium level for reporting purposes
• Passion for delivering results and learning about the latest innovations
• Excellent relationship building abilities and an engaging attitude
• Analytical mindset
• Problem solving ability

Core responsibilities:

• Manage end to end digital campaigns to drive online users to join Ipsos platforms, with focus on app install and in-app advertising campaigns
• Plan, budget, implement, monitor, create reports, and optimize campaigns in terms of volume, price, quality and conversion rates against KPI’s
• Adapt campaigns strategy to different target audiences from North America and Europe
• Develop objectives, plans and presentations for the market led
• Pro-actively grow the digital business, help increase efficiency and identify new opportunities to increase reach and calls to action
