Managing the E-commerce website by adding, editing, and updating products in the online store;
Managing product categories, descriptions, and images, as well as updating prices, stock levels, and promotional offers;
Implementing banners and promotional materials across the site, while continuously monitoring and optimizing website functionality to enhance the user experience;
Managing Social Media content by creating and publishing original posts on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok;
Planning the content calendar across platforms and producing short, engaging video clips tailored for TikTok and similar channels;
Interacting with the online community by responding to questions and comments, and monitoring trends and best practices relevant to the pet products industry;
Overseeing Digital Marketing efforts by implementing both paid and organic online campaigns;
Analyzing campaign performance and reporting on results, while monitoring and evaluating user behavior on the website;
Collaborating with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing messages and goals, and proposing strategies to enhance online visibility and drive sales;
Monitoring key performance indicators by tracking website traffic, user engagement, and conversions;
Evaluating the effectiveness of social media strategies, reporting monthly on key digital metrics, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.
