Minimum two years experience working in a digital role or digital communications environment;
Demonstrable creative approach to developing, implementing and evaluating digital activities;
Excellent written English and understanding of writing for digital, adaptable to different styles and tones of voice;
Experience of publishing using a Content Management System (CMS);
Multimedia production skills;
Understanding of working within a strong brand identity;
Substantial practical experience of using social media to extend reach of an organization including through campaigns;

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To support the Digital, Data and IS Department to plan and produce content across Servier’s owned digital channels.
To develop digital solutions to sustain the campaigns that enable communication with our key audiences.
To drive engagement through our social channels, increasing our reach and develop new ones.
Develop and support the implementation of new ideas and innovative solutions throughout in the organization together with the IS Business Partners.
Work closely with Suppliers to develop early intervention content through our websites. Commission, source and create high quality rich content from a variety of sources to support, inform and educate.
Collaborate closely with IS Business Partners to identify and implement new ideas and innovative solutions
Work with the Digital & IS Director to develop, deliver, promote and evaluate digital campaigns/solutions that enable communication with our key audiences.
Input into digital campaigns through PPC (pay-per-click), email and display networks.
Provide timely updates for our social channels, engaging with key audiences.
Work with the Digital & IS Director and IS Business Partners to implement and build on Servier’s digital strategy.
Provide detailed reports and presentations to top management.
Attend regular meetings with specific teams from headquarters to ensure open lines of communication.
Update job knowledge and skills by participating in continuous professional development, e.g. training, professional/trade publications, maintaining personal networks, and membership of relevant professional organizations.
Ensure appropriate performance management systems and processes are in place and that customer / client confidentiality is maintained at all times in line with Servier’s existing policies and procedures and relevant legislation including the GDPR.
To act as an ambassador for Servier, continuously championing the brand, vision and values both internally and externally.
Brainstorms with the creative team to discover new solutions and approaches to old problems.
Formulates effective new ideas and innovative strategies to sustain business objectives.
Recognizes promising ideas and finds ways to introduce them into the company’s future plans.
Analyzes existing practices to isolate areas ripe for improvement or enhancement.
Follows customer responses to new ideas, tracks and analyzes the success of new projects or services.
Monitors research and development of other organizations to spot trends in innovation and supplement research findings in the company’s industry.
