Design Engineers for Research & Development Gaesti team
Experience in using 3D modelling programs (preferably NX);
Requires ability in detailed part design for a variety of materials (plastic, metal) and functions (system design, lab testing, structural, dynamic);
Comfort working in a constantly evolving environment;
Collaboration skills, mutual respect behaviour, communicating clearly, actively listening to others, taking responsibility for mistakes, and respecting the diversity of the colleagues;
Proactively planning and organizing, establishing priorities and allocating resources, adjusting work to accomplish business objectives;
Ensuring that decisions are made based on policies, rules and organizational values and solving the emerging problems.

Research new materials, methods of development and product ideas
Improve existing products and processes
Technical assistance for the prototypes team
Perform physical testing on prototypes
Analyse prototype data and retest if needed
Process documentation for product homologation
Ensure components and assemblies adhere to applicable industry standards
Ensure products are user- and environment-friendly
Write detailed reports
Find creative design solutions to problems
