Minimum 5 years experience on general IT operations and systems development, configuration and support
Strong understanding of business processes and good knowledge of Oracle ERP preferably in Cloud applications
Demonstrated people management experience
Experience in all phases of the project lifecycle, including user requirements, analysis, design, development and implementation of Oracle functionalities and best practices 
Strong Software Development Lifecyle skills, preferably with cloud exposure 
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business in English & Romanian
ITIL certification represents an advantage Lead and manage the deployment of changes/ enhancements across the development, test and production environments 
Manage the weekly, monthly and quarterly Oracle Release profiles, ensuring that appropriate Technical and Business resource are available to review and test any changes as necessary
Maintain and update of the overall Environment Plan 
Deputise for the Head of Oracle Support Centre in day to day job
Act as an escalation point for Business critical issues in relation with third party service providers 
Ensure and verify SOX Controls relating to Oracle Support Centre are designed, implemented in accordance with prescribed SOX requirements 
Partners with peers in the IT organization and business to design efficient solutions
