Central person responsible for technology delivery within the organization. In this position, you will create the technical strategy and guide team members in implementing solutions. You will be part of a team that will handle several projects and applications for the entire lifecycle, using different technologies and frameworks.


Responsibilities:
Manage a cross-functional team of analysts, developers and testers to deliver the company’s change agenda in line with SDLC practices and processes
Provides subject matter expertise and technical direction and guidance for the implementation team
Work on projects that span a broad range of applications
Creates and shares implementation estimates and operational requirements to enable accurate planning with realistic timelines
Coordinates from a technical point the analysis, design, development, implementation and testing of new features/projects within implementation team
Serve as a liaison between business partners and vendors in coordination with Technical Architect to provide technical solutions for projects
Makes use of design patterns and best practices
Involved in discussions with the architects and other team members for finding the best technical solution
Performs technical design and peer code review activities, if needed
Be actively involved in technical alignment between multiple technologies – regarding strategies and best practices
Contributes to and reviews deployment and release plans;
Advise on options, risks, costs versus benefits, system impacts, and technology priorities
Actively involved in finding improvement opportunities regarding systems’ administration or maintenance tasks
Investigate and resolve complex technical issues with simple and elegant solutions
Continually identify areas of improvement with respect to product supportability, development process, quality, and technology stack
Effectively communicate with stakeholders for managing expectations or alignments
Mentors junior team members, provide technical guidance, and share best practices both within and outside the team
Focuses on achieving team goals and overall project delivery milestones


Requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience across IT change and run, ideally with previous team leading experience
Experience analyzing significant business problems and designing successful IT solutions
In depth technical experience encompassing:

Requirements definition
Facilitating design reviews and requirements workshops
Software implementation (build and deployment processes / pipelines)
Testing practices

Experience in implementation projects across diverse technology landscape, including but not limited to Java, .NET, SQL, Integration – APIs, Azure, JavaScript frameworks etc.
Effective organization and time management skills, with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
Experience working with uncertainty, resistance, barriers, issues and challenges in an ever-changing business environment
Ability and passion for coaching and developing professional personnel
Working knowledge of automated testing patterns and practices
Excellent problem solving skills; can triage and resolve critical technical issues without supervision
Should have excellent communications skills, a good attitude, and a friendly personality.
