You have availability to work in shifts;
You have hardware troubleshooting experience;
You own specific knowledge of equipment used by GTS: Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, Alcatel;
You have technical knowledge and you like to put your passion and engineering knowledge to work in the service of your own objectives and those of your team.

You will provide technical support to GTS customers for equipment hosted in DataCenter, in shifts according to the established schedule and internal procedures;
Proactively monitor and investigate incidents/dysfunctions occurring on equipment co-located in DataCenter;
You are capable to perform specific activities and installation, service and maintenance for GTS equipment and customers equipment co-located in DataCenter;
Communication with customers technical staff, in order to troubleshoot and maintain the functionality of the equipment co-located in DataCenter;
You will ensure the functionality of DataCenter asset monitoring systems through specific maintenance and troubleshooting methods.
