The challenge awaiting you
As a Data Development and Production Department Manager you will be responsible for implementing data production processes, managing the team and the daily operations and administration of the office, while developing strong relationships with the University of Brasov as well as internally with the Infopro Digital Automotive entities worldwide. This role requires operational management and a customer-oriented approach, proficiency in English, leadership, and a solid understanding of both the automotive industry and information technologies.

- Develop and implement strategies to modernize data production methods.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth site operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, teams and partners.
- Monitor production processes and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in information technologies and the automotive industry.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the data production site. Report actively to Head of RMI Data Production & Romanian MD.
- Implement innovative and disruptive manufacturing methods using information technologies.
- Collaborate with the University of Brasov to enhance production processes and foster innovation.
- Ensure high-quality data production that meets customer needs and industry standards.
- Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
- Develop local talents through active recruitment in cooperation with HR and senior management.
- Travel as needed to meet with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Ability to innovate and introduce disruptive manufacturing methods.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Willingness to travel as required by the role.
